This is a genuine Criticare pulse oximeter sensor.
Our experience has been that less expensive non Criticare sensors have a history of providing inaccurate readings. In any product support discussions regarding the accuracy or performance of a monitor our technical staff will always ask if there are any non Criticare sensors or probes being used on the device in question. If so, our first recommendation will be to acquire a genuine Criticare replacement probe or sensor and then re-contact us so we can diagnose what if any issues there are with your device.
